Shipping

Our shipping department is open weekdays, excluding holidays. All orders shipped via FedEx are insured. All shipments using FedEx will receive a tracking number.

Shipping in the U.S.A.

Most orders will be shipped on the same or next shipping day. Our shipping department is open weekdays, excluding holidays. We want to make sure that you receive your order. It is our policy that all orders are sent insured with a verified signature of an adult (18 years of age or more) required for release. 

We are currently using FedEx for domestic shipping. All orders will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship C.O.D. ? We do not offer C.O.D.

Do you accept money orders or cashiers checks?
 We do not accept money orders or cashiers checks at this time.

Do you accept prepaid credit/debit cards? Yes. If your card has a major credit card provider's logo on it, it should work. Call the phone number on the card and ask to be sure.

Damages- 
If your package arrives damaged you must first contact the carrier and report a broken a package as well as email sales@midtownglassware.com or call 541-345-3337 within 24 hours of receipt. You will have to send the item back and we will refund you the shipping and send your replacement out once we receive the damaged item back.

All sales are final.

Returns

Returns & Refunds 
Returns must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Midtown Direct LLC will assess an 18% restocking fee on any cancelled orders or returns. If you would like to return your order you must pay for shipping and return charges. 

If your product has been used or is not in original condition it is not returnable.  

Products can only be returned for store credit or credit to the card they were purchased on within 24 hours of receipt.
